Our villa is completely stocked with all amenities.  Just bring your swimsuit and a toothbrush! 

3 Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with king size beds and one with 2 twins.  Sleeps 6 in spacious comfort. Two twin futon mattresses are also available with the capacity to then sleep 8 people. Twin bedroom and master bedroom have TVs with VCR and DVD players along with movies, games and books. 

There is also a large flat panel TV with VCR and DVD player in the Living Room along with phone, cable tv, and dedicated wireless high-speed internet access.

Full gourmet kitchen with granite countertops.  Fully stocked kitchen with all cookware, utensils and every detail provided. Includes rice cooker and crock pot.  All paper products are provided for kitchen and bathrooms.  Private wrap around lanai with your own built in Viking gas grill and even an outdoor refrigerator -- no waiting in line at the poolside grills!

Should you wish to cook for yourself you need only visit one of the local supermarkets or gourmet markets nearby to purchase fresh produce and all your favorite items. There is an Iced Tea Maker, Rice Cooker, Griddles, and of course all other standard appliances.

Central A/C, full size washer and dryer in a large laundry room.

Of course linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided.  Porta-crib, double stroller, single umbrella stroller, toddler bedrail, and high-chair also available in the Villa.

Enclosed, attached garage contains room for the largest rental vehicles and is also stocked with beach toys and chairs for visits to beaches around the island. We also just added two new Mountain Bikes!

The benefit of our low density complex is really noticeable in the pool and hot tub area where you can often have it all to yourself!
