Our Mauna Lani home is ideal for families with children.  There is plenty of space for up to 8 people, but more importantly, we picked the location and resort that caters best to kids – real kids and the young at heart!  There are numerous small, quiet beaches sheltered from the wind between the Mauna Lani beaches and the Fairmont Orchid Beaches.  Towels, Food, and Drinks, as well as rest rooms and fresh water showers are available beachside and make your time in the sun, sand and surf more enjoyable.  If you want to pack your own goodies to the beach we have multiple sizes of coolers and you’re welcome to take these to the beach and poolside.  The variety of small bays and open water allow for variety for all ages.  Some of the beaches are well protected from any kind of surf and are excellent for even small toddlers and babies.  Other spots along the resort’s oceanfront offer boogie boarding waves and excellent snorkeling.

Eat dinner with your feet in the sand, at one of several beachside restuarants, while your children watch the turtles sun themselves nearby... or let your keikis run and play in the palm tree grove while you sit, relax, and enjoy an appetizer.  Kids are welcome and it’s an elegant, yet relaxed, atmosphere that’s only a short walk from our Villa.
